RULES

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD From 9:00 to 9:00, 24 hours (one full day). If the rental period exceeds 23 hours by more than 59 minutes, you will be charged for an additional full day.
MINIMUM DRIVER AGE FOR

Groups A – D are for ages 21 and up. Groups E – F are for ages 25 and up. An additional charge of 10.00 EUR per day applies to drivers under 21 years old.
DRIVER'S LICENSE

The driver must have a driver's license and a passport issued at least one year ago. An international driving permit is not accepted without a valid national driver's license. Please present a valid passport before receiving the vehicle.
RESERVATION Implemented for a specific class; a particular model is not guaranteed. Online reservations are processed within 24 hours. Cars in classes E and F are available upon request. If the renter does not show up for the car or arrives at the scheduled time, all rental payments made will be retained in full.
PAYMENT VISA, EC / MC, American Express, bank transfer. Upon receiving the car, the rental company has the right to request a deposit, the amount of which is calculated based on the specific class of the car and ranges from 500 euros or more. If the reservation is canceled 24 hours or more before the rental begins, the prepayment for the car rental will be refunded.
INSURANCE The quoted rental price includes: CDW (casualty insurance), TP (theft) and TPL (third party insurance).
ADDITIONAL INSURANCE SUPER CASKO full insurance - from 15 to 25 euros per day, depending on the requested class.
Driving restrictions The daily mileage is limited to 100 km per day. If the limit is exceeded, an additional charge of 0.10 EUR per km will apply. Travel to other countries must be coordinated with the “AlviCar” office.
FUEL

Cars are rented with a full tank of fuel. The renter must return the car with a full tank unless otherwise specified in the contract. AlviCar.lv has the right to charge for missing fuel at a rate of 4.00 EUR per liter. No refund will be given for unused fuel.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT Child seat – 5 euros per day or 45 euros for the rental period. GPS – 5 euros per day or 45 euros for the rental period.
DELIVERY / RETURN Within the city limits of Riga on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the delivery charge is up to 30 euros; at other times, an additional 20 euros applies. Outside the city, it is 1.5 euros per km. There is a 20 euro additional service charge for off-hours (from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM). Leaving or picking up the car at the airports in Tallinn and Vilnius incurs an additional fee of 300 euros.
